Privacy Policy
Information you provide
Ungraded uses the account details you provide, such as your name and email address, to manage your account and communicate with you. Your projects may include assignment instructions, uploaded files, writing preferences, drafts, saved versions, and conversations with the AI assistant.
How the service uses it
We use project content to process your assignments, generate and revise drafts, answer your questions, and keep your project history available to you. Account and usage information supports sign-in, plan allowances, billing, and customer support. Content you submit for AI features is processed by the AI services that power those features.
Payments and security
Subscription and payment features use Stripe. Ungraded stores account and project information needed to provide the service. You can read more about account protection on our Security page.
