Getting started
1. Create a project
Choose New Project from your dashboard or sidebar. A project keeps the assignment, settings, saved versions, and AI conversation together. You can organize projects into folders later.
2. Add the assignment
Paste the requirements or attach one or more PDF, Word, or text files. Review the selected file list and remove anything you chose by mistake before uploading. Ungraded scans the submitted material and prepares an Assignment X-ray for your review.
3. Review Assignment X-ray
Check the assignment summary and six scan results. Flags highlight hidden or white text, instructions directed at AI, and unusual wording that may need a closer look. A limited result means a file could not be fully checked. Correct the summary or replace the source, then continue.
4. Answer the writing questions
Answer six short questions about your grade, target grade, draft length, education level, citations, and output format. Review your answers and choose Go! to create the draft. You can refine writing preferences later in project settings.
5. Review and continue
Read the draft in the editor, ask the AI chat for a specific change, and copy useful responses into your document. Save a version when the draft reaches a point you want to return to. You can compare earlier saved versions without losing the current one.
