Keep each assignment and its source material in one place.

Projects and folders

Each project holds one assignment and its writing history. Create folders from the sidebar to organize projects by class, subject, or whatever works for you. Open a project from the tree or your recent projects on the dashboard.

Adding source material

You can paste assignment instructions, attach several PDF, Word, or text files, or do both. Files are limited to 25 MB each. Before upload, remove an unwanted file from the selected list and then submit the remaining material.

Writing preferences

Settings such as stage, writing style, citation format, requested length, and special instructions affect what the AI writes. If you change content-related settings after a draft exists, Ungraded starts a new version from the saved draft so future answers use the new instructions. A due date or schedule change does not start a new writing conversation.
